Angel Talk #1 Are there angels around us? if so, why are they here?

We hear a lot of stories about angels and fairies from childhood. Some of them like tooth fairies, we tell our kids too. But have you ever thought about “who or what are these angels? Are they really here? What is their purpose? “

From what I have experienced, to feel and understand an angelic presence, a blind leap of faith and trust is always required. We cannot understand it with a sceptical mind, due to the very simple reason that they are not here to prove anything. Their sole purpose is to help, protect and guide us in following our life purpose. The catch here is that they will always give it only as suggestions (messages you will receive as intuitions, synchronous numbers, Universe symbols, so on…). And they will leave it to us, to use our FREE WILL to decide what to do. Angels will never interfere in your free will and they never keep any grudge/ill feeling coz you didn’t listen to what they said. They will keep on trying to help you move towards your life purpose(if not this life, then next 😊)

Everybody has a guardian angel/angels to help and guide. We get so manipulated by internal and external constraints that, we stop listening to the messages they give us. And Guardian angels are the lowest in the ranking of the angels. For just information purpose, the hierarchy of angels are of nine orders/ranking: Seraphim-Cherubim-Thrones-Dominions-Virtues-Powers-Principalities-Arch angels-Guardian angels. And we are going to just talk about Arch angles & Guardian angels, who work more closely with us

Let me now tell about the life-changing incident faced by Sanjay. He was in his mid-30s when the incident happened. He was by all definition of society, a successful professional with a bright career and a well-settled family. His wife had decided to be a homemaker, taking care of their 2 daughters in their 3-bedroom apartment in a posh locality in Mumbai. Everything was going so well and then the incident happened…

During one of the monsoons, Sanjay had to go to the next city for an emergency meeting. Flights were delayed due to the rain and so he decided to drive till there. The meeting got over by late evening and Sanjay was planning to reach home for dinner since he needed only a 3-hour drive to reach home.

He started driving back through the express highway and in half an hour heavy rain with wind started. There was also heavy lightning and thunder. The visibility was getting difficult and Sanjay decided to park on the roadside for some time. He switched on the hazard lights of the car and tried calling his wife. After several tries call got connected and his wife told that roads have started flooding in Mumbai and even power supply is gone. They were on generator back up and didn’t know how long it will last. The kids were frightened and had started crying. Sanjay tried to speak to the kids, but the call got cut off and he couldn’t reconnect even after multiple tries.

Sanjay felt really restless and wanted to reach home asap. So even though there was a strong logical feeling against it, he decided to continue driving. There were few cars parked just ahead. When his car started moving, he saw a lady coming out of one car, drenching in rain and waving her hands frantically at him. Sanjay noticed instantly that she was wearing business attire and without any second thought, stopped the car near her. She opened the door and said “Hi. My name is Meenakshi, I am travelling towards Mumbai and my car has a breakdown. Is it possible to give me a lift till where ever possible “? Sanjay told her that he is also going to Mumbai and he will give her a lift till there. Meenakshi went to her car, took her bags and got into Sanjay’s car after locking hers. And their journey started….

With very few conversations itself, both of them made good rapport. Sanjay came to know that she was working as the top executive of a fashion brand and was on her return way after an event promo in Pune. She was in her early 30s and single. Meenakshi was wet and didn’t have any spare dress. So, she was managing herself in a wet dress. She was a charmer and in no time, Sanjay got very attracted to her talks and her subtle laughs. He was fast moving into a trance state of mind. He was driving so effortlessly and the heavy rain, lightning and thunder had no effect on him. His mind was only fixed on the coffee, which Meenakshi had promised to make when he drops her in her flat (which for his surprise , she told as right next to his street).

Next 2 hour went fast like this and they reached Mumbai very smoothly amidst all the chaos. Meenakshi directed him towards her street and suddenly his car hit a bike rider, who appeared from nowhere (as always). Sanjay suddenly stopped the car and got out to check what had happened. To his relief, the bike rider got up and apologized and said that it was his mistake. Sanjay helped him to get the bike started and he rode off.  Relieved, Sanjay got back into the car and when he turned to speak to Meenakshi, she was not in her seat!!

Sanjay was startled. He got out of the car and enquired to people who were standing in and around there. But no one saw a lady getting out of the car! Sanjay checked with everyone there, everybody said..we didn’t see anyone !!

Sanjay was speechless and somehow got into the car. And due to some intuition, he touched the seat on which Meenakshi was sitting. There was not a single drop of water or wetness on the seat. It was as dry as an unused seat. Sanjay trembled with fear and somehow managed to drive his car to his apartment, next street.

He reached his flat and still the power was gone. On seeing him, his neighbour came running to him and told that his elder daughter slipped down the floor and she had a concussion and was in hospital. They were waiting to do an emergency operation, but holding it, since hers was a rare blood group O- and they didn’t have enough in their blood bank. He rushed to the hospital and the surgery successfully happened immediately after, since his blood group was the same 😊

Next day, sitting near his daughter’s Hospital bed, Sanjay was reading the newspaper. He saw the main caption “Landslide due to torrential rain in Mumbai-Pune highway.2 dead and traffic blocked till things are cleared “. Sanjay froze when he noticed in the news that, the mishap had happened exactly at the same spot where he had parked his car.

So, what do you all think… Meenakshi was an angel or was it all in his head?

More intense experiences to follow… 😊

Till then, just think about:

If Meenakshi was really an angel, why did it take the form of a lady, drenched in rain?

How did Sanjay’s mood change so fast in the presence of a charming lady?

Is our mind capable of creating such vivid imaginations?
